Mammen struck out nine and allowed two runs, one was earned, on four hits and walked one.
Michael Lucas, Griffin Shaw, and Drew Haynes drove in runs in the four-run frame.
Colby Glenn and Brayden Wurth doubled each finishing 2-for-3 for the Railsplitters.
Lincoln is 6-6 overall and will host Taylorville and Annawan-Weathersfield on Saturday.
