Kaiden Maruer's four hits backed a strong performance from Mitch Williams as Maroa-Forsyth blanked Pontiac 10-0 in five innings Saturday in non-conference high school baseball action from Forsyth.

Maurer doubled and scored three runs. Andy Munjoy, Ace Giles, and Connor Kelly drove in a pair of runs for the Trojans. 

Zayn Giles, Ace Giles, and Williams added doubles for Maroa-Forsyth who improved to 13-0.

Williams struck out four in five innings of shut-out ball for the Trojans.

Maroa-Forsyth travels to Monticello on Monday for a showdown that could potentially have Region or Sectional seeding implications.
