Tri-Valley was too much for Clinton as the Lady Maroons fell 11-1 in non-conference high school softball action from Downs on Monday afternoon.

Zoey Whitaker hit a home run for the Lady Vikings and Kelsey Bartels drove in four runs on three hits - including a double. 

Heidi Humble hit a solo home run and drove in two, finishing 2-for-3 for the Lady Maroons. Brooke Reeves and Aliviyah Haynes also collected a hit for Clinton.

The Lady Maroons drop to 9-11 overall. They travel to Central A&M for a Central Illinois Conference matchup today (Tuesday).
