Jonah Roper struck out 13 in a complete game shutout effort and a four run-fourth inning was enough for Normal Community to wrap up the Big 12 Conference regular season title with a 4-0 win over Peoria Notre Dame Wednesday at Normal Community High School.

The Ironmen got RBIs from Owen Cavanaugh, two from Anthony Gura, and Josh Eisfelder. 

Roper permitted five hits and issued two walks. 

Luke Drengwitz was 1-for-3 with a double for Normal. Kaileb Hackman was 2-for-4 with a run scored. Ryan Theile finished 2-for-3 while Dexter Niekamp was 1-for-1 with a walk.

The Ironmen are 28-3 overall and 16-0 in the Big 12. They will travel to Peoria Notre Dame on Friday.
