HS Baseball: Big Sixth Inning Propels Lincoln Over North Mac

Lincoln scored five runs in the sixth inning and pulled away from North Mac for an 8-2 win in non-conference high school baseball action in Virden Friday afternoon.

 

Jarrett Evers broke a 2-2 tie in the inning with a three-run home run. 

 

Colby Glenn walked five times at the top of the order and stole five bases while scoring two runs. Griffin Shaw and Karson Komnick drove in runs for the Railsplitters. 

 

Lincoln drew 11 walks for the game and stole eight bases. Evers, Drew Hayes, and Austin Lucas also stole bases. 

 

Lincoln is 20-8 overall. They will host Williamsville on Monday.
