Michael Lucas' bottom of the seventh-inning run-scoring single broke a scoreless tie and Lincoln walked off Williamsville 1-0 in non-conference high school baseball from Lincoln High School Monday afternoon.
Lucas and Drew Hayes had two hits apiece for the Railsplitters, it's only hits of the afternoon.
Three pitchers combined on a four-hit shutout for Lincoln. Colby Glenn, Parker Graue, and Branden Wurth combined to shut down the Bullets. Glenn struck out three in 2 1/3 scoreless, hitless innings.
Graue allowed three hits and walked on in 2 1/3 innings and Wurth permitted just one hit in 2 1/3 scoreless innings for the Railsplitters.
Lincoln continues a busy week with a game against Chatham-Glenwood this afternoon. The Railsplitters are 21-8 overall.
