Mt. Pulaski dominated Cerro Gordo-Bement 15-0 in a five inning, run-rule win Wednesday from the Decatur St. Teresa Class Regional.

The Class 1A semifinal game was dominant for the Hilltoppers who got contributions up and down the lineup. Chance Payne was 3-for-3 with a double, four RBIs and two runs scored. Tyler Cross was 1-for-1 with three RBIs and scored a run

Evan Cooper was terrific on the mound for Mt. Pulaski. He struck out eight in four innings of scoreless ball. Cooper also finished 1-for-3 with a double. 

Landon Smith, Liam Smith, Luke Martin, and Aaron Volle drove in runs for the Hilltoppers who advance to another Regional Championship game Saturday. They get the winner of today's matchup between Argenta-Oreana and Decatur St. Teresa.
