Lincoln scored five runs in the first inning and cruised to a 10-0, five inning, run-rule win over Urbana in Class 3A Regional semifinal play in Lincoln Wednesday.

Jarrett Evers hit a solo home run and scored three runs for the Railslitters. Colby Glenn drove in two runs finishing 1-for-2 with a run. Branden Wurth was 2-for-3 with a triple, an RBI and two runs scored. 

Karson Komnick was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs.

Carson Fuiten went five shutout innings for Lincoln tallying three strikeouts to one walk and permitted two hits.

Fuiten and Trey Schilling added hits for the Railsplitters.

Lincoln goes to 23-10 and will go for a Regional Championship on Saturday in Lincoln.
