It's Homecoming Week at Clitnon High School and the Maroons football team is putting the distraction of the week aside and focusing on Tremont tonight. 

Last week, the Maroons won on the road against Alton Marquette 35-7. Head coach Ron Bass says they are taking on an improved Tremont team this week. 

Coach Bass notes they are still cleaning up some plays and working on missing assignments on the field. Meanwhile, he expects Colton Walker and Keaton Graves to continue their high level of play.

There was some frustration from players last week when things weren't going their way, so they have been working on patience and keeping their heads in the game.
