As heard on WHOW, the Clinton Maroons defeated the Tremont Turks by a score of 49-8 at Clinton High School in Heart of Central Illinois high school football action.
The Maroons were led by Keaton Graves, who had over 70 passing yards. Colton Walker had a big game on both sides of the ball, racking up 2 interceptions and 2 touchdowns. Kristian Hibbard also stood out, with over 50 rushing yards. Anthony Westbrook also had a touchdown.
The Turks were led by quarterback Brett Bane, who had a passing touchdown and then ran it in for a two-point conversion.
Clinton improves to 3-0 while the Turks fall to 0-3.
