Tonight, Clinton makes the trip up to Lexington for their week 4 matchup against Ridgeview-Lexington High School. 

Last week, Clinton had another big victory for their Homecoming game against Tremont bringing their record to 3-0, and they hope to keep that streak going. Head Coach Ron Bass says their goal this week is to shut down the Mustangs quarterback in the pocket. 

Coach Bass feels as a team they are on track, and he was not surprised by the outcomes of the previous three games. He plans to keep introducing new plays as the season goes on.

Bass explains a head coach is only as good as the people he surrounds himself with, and he has a lot of confidence in his coordinators and assistant coaches. 

Tonight, the Clinton Maroons travel to Ridgeview-Lexington for a Heart of Central Illinois matchup. Gametime is 7 pm and with pregame coverage on WHOW and all our digital platforms at 6:45 pm.
