As heard on a game on WHOW, the Clinton Maroons were taken down by the Tri-Valley Vikings 47-6 and received their second loss of the season. 

Head Coach Ron Bass says he and his team were disappointed with the outcome of the game. After what he calls an embarrassing performance, they changed up things in practice this week. 

Coach Bass predicts lineman Dawson Thayer will miss the rest of the season with a lower leg injury, and wide receiver Anthony Westbrooks will not be playing at least this week due to a separated shoulder. He hopes newcomer Michael Hurtt will be the difference in their defensive line. 

Coach Bass says Shelbyville is creative in their offense, so the Maroons' defense must be ready for anything.
