HS FBall: Mahomet-Seymour Peaking at Right Time

The Mahomet-Seymoour Bulldogs overcame a slow start and grew up this year to finish 7-2 and qualify for the Class 5A playoffs.

Coach Jon Adkins says his team was and immature and when they started 0-2, he felt his team had a lot of growing up to do. He says they answered the bell.

Coach Adkins once again has a dynamic quarterback leading his offense and has very good playmakers to get the ball to.

The Bulldogs can beat its opponents in a variety of ways and Coach Adkinds feels very good about his team heading in the playoffs.

Mahomet-Seymour draws Springfield Sacred Heart-Griffin in the first round of the 5A playoffs for a Friday night game at 7 pm in Mahomet.
