HS BBBall: Blue Ridge Holds Off Tri-Point

Wesley Clark and Isaac Price paced a quick start and Blue Ridge held off Tri-Point 47-44 in non-conference high school boys basketball action from Farmer City Wednesday night.

 

Wesley Clark led all scorers with 17 points, 11 came in the first half. Isaac Price scored 16 points for the Knights.

 

Blue Ridge outscored Tri-Point 16-6 in the second quarter and led 31-9 at the break.

 

The Chargers would trim the deficit to 40-33 at the end of the third quarter and Blue Ridge held on in the fourth for the victory.

 

The Knights go to 4-2 overall. Tri-Point is 0-8.

 

Blue Ridge will travel to take on Fisher on Friday night.
