The Clinton Maroons will host the Monticello Sages in non-conference high school boys' basketball action tonight at Clinton High School.

Winners of two of its last three, the 12-7 Maroons are coming off a 66-42 win Saturday over Beardstown in the New Year's Shootout from Clinton High School. Saturday's win was on the heels of a victory over Heyworth the night before. 

After starting the season 0-4, Monticello has won 8 of its last 11 including wins over Warrensburg-Latham and Seneca, sandwiched by a loss to Teutoplis and a win over IVC in Chillicothe.
