Argenta-Oreana outlasted Decatur Unity Christian 56-52 in a back-and-forth Lincoln Prairie Conference knock-down-drag-out tilt Tuesday night in Argenta.
The Bombers used a balanced offensive attack to make a second half charge to the finish. MJ Hall had a game-high 15 points to lead Argenta-Oreana.
The Bombers led 15-12 after the first quarter but the Lions would tie the score at 23 going to the half.
Argenta-Oreana came out and led 40-35 going to the final frame.
Carter Logue and Damian Gude each had 14 points for the Bombers.
Noah Clark and Dillon Clark each led Unity Christian with 14 points. Qayden Bond had ten points.
The Lions drop to 8-11 overall and 1-4 in the Lincoln Prairie Conference.
Argenta-Oreana improves to 8-9 overall and 4-1 in the Lincoln Prairie Conference.
The Lincoln Prairie Conference opens Friday night. Argenta-Oreana hosts Tri-County.
