Maroa-Forsyth could not keep up as PORTA-AC Central pulled away for a 62-39 win Friday night in Sangamo Conference high school boy’s basketball action.

Kenny Morris led the Trojans with nine points while Mitch Williams and Ian Reid each added eight points.

Maroa-Forsyth continues to be without leading scores Caebrin Lee and Coby Lane. 

The Trojans are 8-10 overall and 0-3 in the Sangamo Conference. They visit Illini Central next Tuesday night.
