Max Heineman's two-run home run highlighted a five RBI afternoon leading Normal Community to an 11-7 win over Morton in non-conference high school baseball action Tuesday in Morton.

Heineman's two-run shot in the fourth inning put the Ironmen up 5-3. Morton would get those two back in the half of the fourth and added two more in the fifth to lead 7-5. 

Normal Community scored six runs in the seventh inning, including an RBI single from Heineman.

Heineman brought in two runs in the second inning as part of a three-run frame that tied the score at 3-3. 

Kyle Beaty scored three runs and drove in a run on a bases-loaded walk.

Brady Burkhart, Andrew Naour, Gavin Born,e and Gavin Swartz had RBIs for the Ironmen.

Normal Community starts the year 1-0. They host Pekinon on Wednesday.
