Chirodo hit a two-run home run in a six-run third inning for Edwardsville. He struck out six on two hits and did not issue a walk in three shutout innings in relief.
Lucas Krebs and Augie Johnes homered for Edwardsville.

Gavin Michaels, Kyle Beaty, and Ben Schweigert mustered the only hits for the Ironmen on Thursday.
