Josh Bass hit a home run but that was the extent of the highlights Tuesday for Clinton in a 16-1 loss to Mahomet-Seymour Tuesday in Mahomet. 

Bass' homer to right in the first inning put the Maroons up 1-0. That was the end of the offense for Clinton.

The junior collected both hits for the Maroons to finish 2-for-2. Colton Walker was hit by a pitch. 

Clinton falls to 1-2 overall. They will host Olympia on Thursday.
