An 11-run third inning propelled Normal Community to a 12-0, run-rule five-inning win in Big 12 Conference high school baseball action on Monday in Normal.

Landyn Corbin tossed five innings of shutout ball with seven strikeouts and allowed just two hits.

Max Heineman led the Ironmen, finishing 2-for-3 with three RBIs and a run scored. Drew Stevens and Carter Harris each drove in two runs for Normal Community.

Gavin Swartz tripled and Andrew Naour doubled, each driving in a run. Kyle Baety and Gavin Michaels also drove in runs for the Ironmen.

Normal Community is 4-3 overall and 1-0 in the Big 12. They travel to Peoria Notre Dame on Wednesday.
