A five run second inning propelled Maroa-Forsyth over Heyworth 8-2 in non-conference high school baseball action on Tuesday in Forsyth.
Gunnar Larner's bases-clearing double in the second highlighted the frame.
Grady Rose drove in two runs. Ace Giles was 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI.
Mitc Williams and Tate Brandenburg each scored two runs at the top of the order for the Trojans.
Cayden Rose drove in a run.
Maroa-Forsyth is 4-3 overall. They will host Westville on Wednesday.
