Anelise Thompson led Clinton with two hits, including a double, but her offense was the highlight of limited output for the Lady Maroons in an 11-1 defeat t Meridian on Tuesday in Central Illinois Conference high school softball actin from Clinton.

The Lady Hawks scored seven runs in the sixth inning to go up 11-0. 

Riley Fentress walked twice, while Hadley Humble scored the only run for Clinton.
