Irie Lohrenz was excellent in circle and led Chatham-Glenwood over Monticello 6-2 in non-conference high school softball action on Monday in Chatham.

Lohrenz went the distance for the Lady Titans, allowing two runs on four hits with seven strikeouts and four walks. 

Sadie Walsh was 3-for-4 with an RBI for Monticello. Thea Key drove in the other run for Monticello, while Ali Weidner was 1-for-2 with a run scored. 

The Lady Sages drop to 12-3 overall. They will host Clinton at home on Wednesday.

Monticello will be the away team on the scoreboard for the game that was adjusted to Monticello due to construction on Clinton's softball diamond.
