Ike Young drove in five runs, leading Monticello to an easy 23-4, five-inning run-rule win over Champaign St. Thomas More on Monday in Champaign. 

Young was 2-for-2 with two triples. Heyden Roman tripled and drove in three runs, while Eli Craft, Eric Arnold, and Carter Foran each drove in two runs. 

Craft, Arnold, and Matthias Rudolph each had a double in the win.

Brody Biledo, Dawson Gaitros, and Romano combined on the mound for the win.

The Sages are 11-3 overall and improve to 2-1 in the Illini Prairie Conference. They will travel to Mattoon on Tuesday.
