Grady Rose's two-run single completed another come-from-behind, walk-off win for Maroa-Forsyth in a 4-3 win over Pleasant Plains on Tuesday in Forsyth.
Mitch Williams singled to start the inning. Ace Giles drew a one-out walk. GunnarLarner was hit by a pitch, setting up Rose's walk-off base hit.
Cayden Rose fired six innings of three-run ball for the Trojans. Two runs were earned on five hits with four strikeouts to three walks.
Williams and Rose each finished 2-for-4. Williams got the win with an inning of scoreless relief for Maroa-Forsyth.
The Trojans are 8-3 overall and 2-0 in the Sangamo. They will host Decatur St. Teresa on Wednesday.
