Arthur-Lovington-Atwood-Hammond defeated Blue Ridge 8-2 on Wednesday in Lincoln Prairie Conference high school softball action in Farmer City. 

ALAH jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the top of the first inning. 

The Lady Knights responded in the bottom of the first when Carsyn Stiger launched a solo home run to center field.

Lilli Enger stole a base and went 1-for-3 with a run scored. Addison Roos went 3-for-4 with a triple and a run scored. Stiger finished 1-for-4.

Blue Ridge is 6-8 overall and 1-4 in the Lincoln Prairie Conference. They visit Delavan on Friday.
