Monticello hit four home runs and powered past Pontiac 19-3 in Illini Prairie Conference high school baseball action from Pontiac on Monday. 

Eli Craft went 3-for-3 with a home run, a double, and four RBIs for the Sages. Colton Vance homered, finishing 3-for-3 with a home run and four RBIs. Drake Weeks came off the bench to drive in two runs.

Eric Arnold had two hits and an RBI for Monticello. Ike Young drove in two. Cole Basak went 2-for-2 with a solo home run. Brian Wiltgen had three RBIs. Russ Brown and Heyden Romano each added a hit and an RBI.

The Sages go to 17-3 overall and 4-1 in the Lincoln Prairie Conference. They will host Mt. Zion on Tuesday.
