A four-run second inning helped Lincoln get by Heyworth 5-3 in non-conference high school baseball on Wednesday in Lincoln.
Ashton Corley went 1-for-3 while Drew Hayes was 1-for-3 with an RBI. Parker Graue finished 2-for-3 with two RBIs, and Kyle Koehler was 1-for-2 with an RBI single.
Graue went six innings , allowing three runs - two earned - on ten hits, striking out two and walking one. Austin Lucas closed out the game in the seventh, pitching a scoreless inning, allowing no hits, and recording one strikeout.
The Railsplitters go to 8-14 overall. They visit Peoria Notre Dame on Thursday.
