Maroa-Forsyth fell behind early, and a late rally fell short as Normal U-High held on for a 7-4 win in non-conference high school baseball action from Normal on Friday.

Trailing 7-1 going to the seventh, Gunnar Larner hit a line drive single to left field, scoring Mitch Williams and Tate Brandenburg to bring the score to 7-4. 

The Trojans end the season at 21-8 overall. It is off to Regional action next week in Forsyth.
