The Argenta-Oreana Bombers trailed going into the half, but came back in the third quarter to take the 60-56 comeback-win over the Decatur St. Teresa Bulldogs in the Macon County Tournament on Wednesday night.
St. Teresa used consistent scoring through the first half and held the Bombers to single digits in the second quarter to take the halftime 28-21 lead.
A-O rallied in the third quarter, outscoring the Bulldogs 22-12 to take a three-point lead that they wouldn't give back.
Argenta-Oreana was led by Isaiah Parks, who led all scorers with 24 points and went 6-for-6 from the foul line. Carter Logue added 16 points.
St. T was led by Eli Etchason with 18 points and two made threes, while Gavin Paul had 11 points.
With the win, A-O improves to 3-6 while St. Teresa falls to 2-3.
The Bombers will take on the Meridian Hawks on Tuesday, December 16th at 7:30 PM.
