The Monticello Lady Sages took the lead by 10 entering the final frame, but the Bloomington Central Catholic Lady Saints fought back for the 48-42 victory in a girls' Illini Prairie Conference tilt in Monticello. 

The Lady Sages trailed 25-20 at the half, but used a big third quarter to lead 35-25 going into the fourth quarter. They were held to just seven points in the final eight minutes, compared to BCC's 18. 

Monticello was led by Ali Weidner with 15 points. Sarah Cresap had 14 points. 

With the loss, Monticello falls to 15-14 and 3-6 in the Illini Prairie. The Lady Saints improve to 15-10 and 7-2 in conference play. 

The Lady Sages will play host to Williamsville next, on Tuesday at 7:00 PM.
