Sullivan scored five runs in the sixth inning and pulled away from Clinton 7-2 in non-conference high school softball action on Tuesday in Clinton.

The Lady Maroons led 2-1 before the Lady Redskins went in front for good.

Hadley Humble and Kinzey Sickles had back-to-back run-scoring hits to put the Lady Maroons in front in the fifth. 

Humble finished 2-for-4. Analise Thompson, Avery Smith, and Campbell Bass added hits for Clinton.

The Lady Maroons drop to 3-4 overall. They host Shelbyville on Thursday to open Central Illinois Conference play.
