Mayson Aslinger allowed an unearned run in a complete game win, leading Normal West past Peoria Notre Dame 7-1 in Big 12 Conference high school baseball action on Wednesday in Normal.

Sam McCully and Ty Bachman went deep, backing Aslinger's complete game. Aslinger struck out seven, walked zero, and permitted seven hits. 

Bachman hit a two-run shot in the first inning to stake the Wildcats to a 2-0 lead. Two batters later, McCully went deep to make it 3-0.

Calen Riter was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI for Normal West, while Drake Rumps hit a double.

The Wildcats are 19-11 overall and 11-5 in the Big 12. They host Peoria Richwoods on Friday.
