WHOW engineer and former on-air announcer Wayne R. Miller visiting with Bobbi Perryman of the Warner Public Library. Miller and WHOW presented Perryman original documents from WHOW's coverage of the 1968 Clinton tornado. Even though WHOW-AM 1520 is licensed as a daytime AM station, it stayed on the air all night giving emergency information.
