Amanda Mazander, 35, Maroa was Arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging her with Unlawful Purchase of a Substance Containing Methamphetamine Precursor Without a Prescription. Mazander unable to post the necessary bond remains incarcerated.

 

Lloyd Francis IV, 33, Clinton was Arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Failure to Pay or Appear. Francis posted the necessary bond and was released.
