Zachary Mears, 32, Decatur, was issued a citation for Speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Mears was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Kayla Strauch, 23, Bloomington, was issued a citation for Speeding (70 mph in a 55 mph zone).  Strauch was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Robert Phillips, 30, DeWitt, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence.  Phillips posted the necessary bond and was released.

Shawne Ferguson, 52, Heyworth, was arrested and charged with  2 counts of Driving Under the Influence.  Ferguson was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Heather Alwood, 33, Farmer City, was issued citations for 2 counts of Driving Under the Influence and Failure to reduce speed/accident.   Alwood was issued a Notice to Appear and a court date and was released.

Ronnell Harrington, 47, Decatur was arrested on a DeWitt County Warrant charging him with Speeding 26-34 Mph over the limit/FTA.  Harrington posted the necessary bond and was released.

Laurie Watson, 41, Weldon was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Watson paid the necessary bond and was released.
