Justin Smith, 34, Clinton was arrested and charged with Contempt of Court. Smith being un-able to post the necessary bond remains lodged in the DeWitt County jail.

Marcus Farmer, 25, Lincoln was arrested and charged with Speeding 26-34 mph over limit, Drvg Under Influ of Alcohol, Drvg Under Influ/BAC 0.08 and Illegal Pos/Transp Liq/Driver. Farmer posted the necessary bond and was released.

Alex Foster, 21, Clinton, was issued citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Cannabis:  Not more than 10 grams.  Foster was given a Civil Citations and released.

Linda Barnard, 65, Chenoa, was issued Citations for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident and Disobeying Stop Sign.  Barnard was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Jason Obrien, 41, Lincoln was issued a Citation for Speeding (76mph in a 55mph Zone).  Obrien was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Matthew Daniel, 33, Pontiac, was issued a Citation for Speeding (70mph in a 55mph Zone).  Daniel was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Scott Seppi, 42, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Seppi was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Jeremy Arteman, 37, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Arteman was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Colton Gruen, 18, Maroa, was issued a Citation for Speeding (96mph in a 65mph Zone).  Gruen was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Allison Franzen, 30, Rantoul, was issued a Citation for Speeding (78mph in a 55mph Zone).  Franzen was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Chris Molden, 49, Griffith, was issued a Citation for Speeding (78mph in a 55mph Zone).  Molden was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Mary Barnett, 37, Decatur, was arrested and charged with Driving on Revoked License and Possession of Cannabis, Not More Than 10 Grams.  Barnett posted the necessary bond and was released.

Garett Hosier, 34, Macon, was arrested on an In-State Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court.  Hosier posted the necessary bond and was released.

Samuel Nagy, 19, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Speeding (74mph in a 55mph Zone).  Nagy was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Erica Snow, 35, Decatur, was arrested and charged with Driving on a Suspended License and Obstructing Identification.  Snow was unable to post the necessary bond and remains incarcerated.

Jodie West, 49, Winchester, was arrested and charged with DUI ALC/INTOX COMPOUND/DRUG and Driving on a Revoked License.  West posted the necessary bond and was released.

Michael Burk, 29, Clinton, was arrested on an In-State Warrant and charged with Contempt of Court and Failure to Appear/Theft.  Burk  posted the necessary bond and was released.

Nasreen Akhter, 49, Decatur, was issued Citations for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident and Improper Lane Usage.  Akhter was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Breaune Sajna, 28, Bloomington, was issued Citations for Speeding (71mph in a 55mph Zone) and Failure to Dim Headlights.  Sajna was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Jeremiah Coakley, 27, Clinton, was issued a Citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle.  Coakley was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Randy Foss, 51, Milmine, was issued a Citation for Speeding (73mph in a 55mph Zone).  Foss was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Alexis Gatterer, 18, Weldon, was issued a Citation for Speeding (79mph in a 55mph Zone).  Gatterer was issued a Notice to Appear and released.

Adrian Williams, 36, Washington, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under INFLU/BAC 0.08.  Williams posted the necessary bond and was released.

Michael Mitchell, 56, Champaign, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Mitchell posted the necessary bond and was released.

Gage Evans, 24, Clinton, was arrested and charged with Driving On a Suspended License.  Evans posted the necessary bond and was released.

SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
