On 08/24/18 Clinton Police arrested Jakendra J. Cunningham 24, Decatur on a Logan County Warrant. Cunningham was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 08/25/18 Clinton Police arrested Stacy M. Schaffer 47, Clinton for Driving While License Suspended. Schaffer was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and was released to Corrections.

On 08/25/18 Clinton Police investigated a Property Damage Accident in the 1100 block S. Madison. A vehicle driven by Angela D. Moore 53, Oreana was southbound on Madison Street when she veered off the right and collided with a concrete bridge. Moore was arrested for Improper Lane Usage, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Driving While License Suspended, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a B.A.C. greater than .08. Moore was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
