Defebaugh 40, Clinton for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Citation for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and City Ordinance Violations for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Defebaugh was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 02/09/19 Clinton Police arrested Christopher A. Pherigo 32, Clinton on 2 DeWitt County Warrants. Pherigo was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
