On 03/09/19 Clinton Police investigated a Hit & Run accident that occurred in the parking lot of Whitney’s Cove. A vehicle owned by Sarah B. Maxedon, Clinton was parked in the parking lot and was struck by an unknown vehicle and then left the area. Clinton Police located the vehicle and arrested Michelle D. Whitehouse 39, Clinton for Obstructing a Peace Officer, Leaving the Scene of a property damage Accident, Failure to Notify Accident, and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Whitehouse was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 03/10/19 Clinton Police arrested Cody A. Ackerson 27, Clinton for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Ackerson was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections

On 03/11/19 Clinton Police arrested Brian A. Burleson 33, Clinton for Disorderly Conduct. Burleson was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
