Arrests: 
On November 5, 2019 Clinton Police arrested Hadley D. Allen, 56, Clinton, on a Dewitt County arrest warrant for Failure to Pay or Appear. Allen was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and turned over to corrections personnel for processing pending the posting of bond.
