On 03/06/20 Clinton Police arrested Laterra L. Riley 26, Decatur for Driving While License Suspended, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and a Macon County Warrant. A passenger in the vehicle, Brandon W. Copeland 30, Decatur was issued a citation for Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Riley was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 03/07/20 Clinton Police arrested Tony G. Gum 52, Farmer City for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Gum was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 03/08/20 Clinton Police arrested Grant S. Davenport 21, Clinton for Retail Theft. Davenport was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 03/08/20 Clinton Police arrested Devin T. Stephenson 23, Clinton for Disorderly Conduct and Manufacturing/Delivery of Cannabis. Stephenson was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 03/08/20 Clinton Police arrested Devon M. Thaxton 24, Decatur for Driving while License Suspended, Operating Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended for Non Insurance and Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. Thaxton was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 03/08/20 Clinton Police issued citations to Anthony E. Laux 26, Decatur for No Valid Drivers License, Speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone, and Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle and citation to Macarlon D. Young 25, Decatur for Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle. Both subjects were issued Notice to Appear in Court.
