On 11/18/20 Clinton Police arrested Timothy T. Moore 56, Rockford for Speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone, Driving While License Revoked and Obstructing Identification. Moore was released on a Notice to Appear in Court.

On 11/19/20 Clinton Police arrested Robert H. Lash 22, Clinton for Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under the Influence with a B.A.C. greater than .08, No Valid Drivers License and Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Lash was released on a Notice to Appear in Court.
