On 12/04/20 Clinton Police investigated a report of an underage party. Clinton Police issued citations to Curtis R. Andreae 20, Clinton and Trista Mills 18, Wapella, and a 16 year old juvenile for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. 

On 12/06/20 Clinton Police arrested Brian A. Armstrong 37, Wapella for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Armstrong was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW
