On 12/17/20 Clinton Police arrested Justin W. Barnes 28, Cotopaxi, CO for Possession of Cannabis 500grams-2000 grams, Manufacturing/Delivery Cannabis 500 grams-2000 grams, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Jacob B. Tempel 30, Cotopaxi, CO for McLean County Warrant, Possession of Cannabis 500 grams-2000 grams, Manufacturing/Delivery Cannabis 500 grams-2000 grams. Both subjects were transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 12/18/20 Clinton Police arrested Cain B. Stauffer 23, Overton, NV for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol with a B.A.C greater than .08. Stauffer was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 12/19/20 Clinton Police arrested Robert D. Spiker 32, Clinton for Domestic Battery. Spiker was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
