On 03/26/21 Clinton Police arrested Cody D. Herald 28, Farmer City for Violation of Order of Protection. Herald was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

On 03/27/21 Clinton Police arrested Timothy M. Followell 30, Clinton for Reckless Driving and Following Too Closely. Followell was released on Notice to Appear in Court.

On 03/27/21 Clinton Police arrested Joshua B. Hood 22, Clinton for Aggravated Battery and Resisting/Obstructing a Peace Officer. Hood was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW
