On 08/28/21 Clinton Police arrested Clayton J. Nihiser 18, Clinton was issued citations  for Possession of Cannabis, Driving while License Suspended and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Nihiser was transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW
