On 08/27/22 Clinton Police arrested Kevin E. Barlow 59, Farmer City for Failure to Signal, Driving While License Revoked, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Barlow was transported to the Dewitt County Jail and released to Corrections.
