Christopher J. Owens 33, Clinton Registration Suspended Non-Insurance. Notice to Appear in Court

On 12/17/22 Clinton Police arrested Joseph W Toohill 40, Clinton for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a citation for Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Chelsea Sloan 32, Clinton for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both subjects were transported to the DeWitt County Jail and released to Corrections.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL FOUND GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW
